30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@glasshair.club with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
